54 Synchronize Clock via RS-485 using 2051microcontroller

I am planning to create a project that synchronizing clock for 54 clocks. My idea is to have a master clock. Actually just one clock, whose the master. And just transmits a data to the slaves. and the slaves process the data then display a clock with seven segmented display. The master and slave contain 2051 microcontroller. Can you help me on how to implement my idea?
