I read the standard, but still there are some questions. Who figured out - help, please!

PCR consists of 2 numbers (base and extension).
There is a formula to count "whole" PCR: PCR = base * 300 + extension

I found two adjacent PCRs in a stream, they have the difference of 10880000.

How can we convert this to milliseconds? Well, the problem is that we know that base's reference generator works at 90 kHz, and extension's at 27 MHz..
